***EXTENTED*** PRC Transportation RFQ

Hancock County Job and Family Services is EXTENDING this RFQ to October 22nd, 2021.

HCJFS is seeking qualified transportation companies or programs to provide transportation for eligible Hancock County Job and Family Services’ clients and services.   

Hancock County Job and Family Services is not able to pay for no-shows.

If interested please submit a letter of interest in writing by or on October 22nd, 2021 to Tyler McKinney, Program Administrator, by emailing tyler.mckinney@jfs.ohio.gov, or by mail to:

Letters of Interest should include the following at a minimum:

  • Hours available to transport.
  • Transportation rates within Findlay city limits.
  • Transportation rates outside of Findlay city limits, but within Hancock County.
  • Transportation rates outside of Hancock County.

Reimbursement requirement for tolls and parking fees based on actual cost as applicable.
